What This Workshop Is
This workshop is all about creating a fun and joyful floral painting. I'll teach you how to paint in a playful way to strive for a modern look using acrylics with approachable, repeatable techniques. Instead of tight botanical realism, you’ll learn how to simplify shapes, build layered color, and develop a composition that feels lively and contemporary.
Across this full-day session, you’ll move through the full creative process: planning your layout and composition, blocking in large shapes, layering color, adding contrast and texture, and refining details. Each step is demonstrated and guided so you never feel lost.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll complete a finished contemporary floral painting on canvas, ready to hang in your home.
All materials are included, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and create.
