Join us for a unique experience blending the deeply relaxing resonating tones of sacred sound bowls and watercolor + mixed media art. Together, we will cultivate your creativity, awaken the right side of the brain, and reconnect with your natural imagination. Through guided breath work, sacred imagery, and calming sound, you’ll be invited to relax, open, and connect with your inner artist. The relaxation and peace that follows a sound bowl experience is the perfect environment to create from with mental clarity and calm focus. No experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to create.
You can explore creative layering with color, texture and depth. This is a way of visual storytelling from your own HEART. We will have stencils, watercolors, poems, quotes, and many bespoke images with which you can create from. Bring any favorite quotes or short poems to layer onto your paper.
By the end of the session, take home a finished creation that expresses your own uniqueness and a feeling of calm.
All materials are included, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and create.

Why This Class Is Worthwhile
Starting art can feel intimidating — large canvases and long courses often stop people before they begin. Smaller projects help remove that barrier. You’ll learn real techniques, experience creative relaxation, and leave with something meaningful you made yourself. Many participants discover they can be creative and feel inspired to continue.
This Class Is Perfect If You’re Thinking…
“I’ve always wanted to try watercolor.”
“I’m not sure I’m artistic enough for a real art class.”
“I want a creative night out that’s different.”
“I’d love to make something handmade I can actually use.”
